disconnect other user from Network ?

we have build a network (5 friends in the same building) and we are sharing ADSL:

a router is connected to a switch, and we all connected to that switch.

is there a way from any machine to disconnect other users ??

ie.: when i'm online, is there a trick to disconnect other user ??
