It installs itself as a low-level system driver (CnsMinKp.sys) so that it will even load in safe mode to replace itself. The only way to get rid of it (that I've found) is to boot into another OS (Knoppix, XPE) and remove the files manually. You can't even Killbox/dummy-file it.VX2/ABetterInternet (listed on one of the above replies) does a lot of damage also, and can be incredibly hard to remove.If you're just looking for a large list of sites, try downloading SpyBot Search & Destroy and run their immunization on your system. That will place a lot of entries into your hosts file (C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) blocking your computer from reaching the listed sites. You could use that list as a reference.
