This picture comes from Godzilla Raids Again (aka. Gigantis The Fire Monster). This was an actual scene. (The monsters were really fighting in downtown Tokyo.)

Hehe... those Japanese always have dirty minds... Just look at the excessive cleavage in any japanese fighting game... ;)

They're supposed to be fighting... but it looks like they're... *ahem*... you figure it out.

That scene is actually in the movie. It's funny to see cause they're both roaring a lot.
