every time run a program ask what user

hi guys..ok heres the problem...everytime i goto run a program a box appears that asks me what user account do i want 2 use for this program....there is only 1 user account set up on the pc so i dunno what the hell is going on....its becoming quite annoying and any help is much appreciated...thanks guys

Do u directly double click it or choose run from right clicking it??
