System Restore backups gone

I recently got hit with one of the about:blank bugs. I was able to tackle that problem, but in doing so I realized that all of my system restore backups were wiped out. Is there anyway I can recover these files? Thanks!

no.

...and most likely, you wouldn't want to as they probably contain elements of the virus/spyware, which would be brought back onto the system if you were to recover them.

Disabling System Restore (as you probably have done) deletes all the restore points.

or u could delete them by using disk cleanup.
