The above is my svcpack.inf file for intergating hotfixes during Win2K installation. However, there are some hotfixes that I just cannot get it installed even though the switches is set correctly. They are:

KB824105.exe

KB823182.exe

KB823559.exe

KB814078.exe

KB820888.exe

KB822831.exe

KB873374.exe

Also I could not the Root Cert Update download from Microsoft. Any idea what's happening?? Is my svcpack.inf not correctly done?? I'm sure that the hotfixes are in my svcpack folder. Anyone can help???

Not to be funny, but the best thing to do is not use/wast any more time on 2k, Microsoft in its attempt to monopolize the market, will NOT support security fixes for 2k:

Product Name               Mainstream Support Retired	Extended Support Retired
2K Advanced Server              30-Jun-2005                        30-Jun-2010
2K Data Center Server           30-Jun-2005                        30-Jun-2010
2K Professional                 30-Jun-2005                       30-Jun-2010

@yagami34

Take a look here:

http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=31886

It is clearly stated that some hotfixes must be installed "later" not using the svcpack option...

EXCEPTIONS

Should be run within RunOnceEx.cmd (or a batch file launched from [GuiRunOnce]in WINNT.SIF)
