Problems with Shutting down XP / Unattended Instal

Hello everyone

I used nLite to create a slimmed down unattended install of XP Pro & have run into 1 minor problem. When users go to the Start Shut Down, the box successfully shuts down XP but they don't get the window that states that you can "Safely shut off your computer". They assume that the box has locked up which isnt the case however I'd like to track this down. Does anyone have any idea as to what I removed that would cause this type of behavior?
