Need Help on Windows File Protections

HEre's my situation. please help me out it pretty annoying to me

I built an XPSP2 DVD and used nLite to slim down the size, patched Uxtheme, and Disabled Windows File Protection

However, when it come to installing my preset Programs I got the following Message (look picture)

I have no idea why, I even tried go to unattended.msfn.org and apply the Reg Tweak but it still wont work

Anyone any idea plz?

what's running is sfc.exe /scannow i believe. This isn't directly related to WFP deactivation. sfc.exe /scannow must be either manually called (via Run box or similar) or one of your programs is initiating it. Windows shouldn't be automatically doing it.

Is there a way to check if WFP is disabled in Windows?
