i thought this was unicode but when i look for unicode explanations i dont get anything explaining these kinds of values.

Hmm.. All I would expect it to be is unicode since %20 is space when dealing with unicode.. But I have no clue what else it could be...

%20 = a space / traduction = Date 20 in Space

%2f / traduction = Second month ( Febuary )

%3a / traduction = Year 2003

So here 20 Febuary 2003 Space shuttle ??? lol !
