Network icon when connected (95/98/98SE)

Hi,

does anybody knows how do I show that little icon showing the network connection active (like in WinMe, 2000, XP, 2003) ? I never found a registry tweak or a VBS script that brings that icon to 95, 98, 98SE OSes...
