Ctwizzy Posted May 10, 2005 Share Posted May 10, 2005 Hi,I use WinRar 3.5b3 to open all compressed files. Im having a problem with zip files. Double clicking them opens the "open with" window, and they have no icon. I can right click them and decompress with winrar.In the "open with" window if I select Winrar and check the box that says always open this type of application with winrar it runs, but the icons dont change and it still shows the "open with" window when I run zip files. Its as if the checkbox does nothing.I have noticed this same problem with other applications. I set .mpg to run with media player classic yet it still runs in WMP10 regardless.Anyone know a way to fix this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
