How to automatically enable Quick Launch?

After loading my PC with my own image, I found that there is no Quick Launch bar by default - actually I know how to enable it manually.

Just wonder whether anybody can let Quick Launch bar be activated by running certain commands or certain programs?

In fact this maybe make my work more efficiency.

However, what I want to do now is just to automatically enable it after loading completed.

I don;t intend to rebuild a new image... that will need approval from my manager. thank you

I have my task bar set for auto hide. Then if I place the cursor at the bottom of the screen the whole task bar pops up. You can place the task bar on any one of the four sides of the screen by dragging. Nice
