Norton Personal Firewall 2003

Hello All,

I installed Windows 2000 Professional SP4, Norton antivirus 2003, Norton personal firewall 2003, after installing the firewall i can't browse the internet at all....

also i went into the rules and permit all , still i can't, its my first time using this firewall....so i think i might be missing one or many things to get going

any help? much appreciated
