ATI Catalyst w/ control center (framework version)

I have searched but couldn't found any guide on how to make this one (the control center in the .NET framework version, not the control panel in display properties).

If there's any guide (switchless install is also OK) please point me towards it.

You'll have to use intallation switches, possibly you'll have to use AutoIt! to let it install automatically or WinInstall LE 2003 to create your own setup.
