dman Posted April 28, 2005 Share Posted April 28, 2005 cache is where browser keeps local copy of web page. if you surf back to same page, browser tries to get it from cache first. makes browsing much faster on dialup. if you have broadband not so much. also lets you view offline cached pages. yes it is safe to delete. they will just come back as you surf unless you turn cache size to zero in options.
