Macromedia Flash Player 7

Featured Replies

I searched, couldn't find the switches anywhere.

So, how can I unattended install Macromedia Flash Player 7?

Thanks

i'm looking for this switch. the posted thread have the switch for .msi installer which (i tested) worked for IE but not for firefox. can some one help getting this to work with firefox? thanks.

Keep reading the thread, there is a link to an .exe on page 2 I think.

but that's for shockwave only and not flash. I"m particularly interested in flash

It is a different .exe for between Firefox/Netscape and IE lovers.

See the below URL

http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/alternates/

which will contain all you need.

The switches for both are /s, they are wise installers.

However, BEWARE, the shockwave silent install will also install that Yahoo! Toolbar thing. I don't want this and haven't sussed how to not install it so any thoughts/pointers/tips are appreciated.

i did install the flash using the /S on mozilla the other day and it worked w/out any problems......

Just installed Shockwave silently using mm_fl_sw_installer.msi /quiet /passive

with Firefox. Worked no problem :hello:
