Login problem

When I try to login on my laptop I get the following error:

Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system..

DETAIL- Incorrect Function

Has anyone had this problem?

I've fixed the problem. I've removed the SYSTEM security group from the access control list
