keyboard driver

hi, every time i push any butten on my keyboard my keyboard and mouse freeze. All the processers keep working. i have looked in the keyboard properties and it says 'windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.(code 39)'.

have tried to uninstall 'ikey works' then reinstall it, but still no luck.

please can somone help me.

i have typed out all this using 'on screen keyboard'

You mind giving a brand of your keyboard? Most of the time the manufacturer has a website where you can download those drivers.

i have the box with me. it says 'muiltimedia keyboard' model: KB-8.is that the brand? the software i know is ikeyworks.

it is the one with 19 programmable hot keys.

i can send image if that helps.
