Opinions on a webcam

I am looking to get a webcam, but I am having a little difficulty picking on. I really want to get one that will have good video quality.

I have been looking at Quickcam Pro 4000 and ClickSmart 820

Or would I be better getting a digital camera/web cam. I already have a webcam, so I don't really care as for its digital camera quality, just webcam. Here was an idea:

well with a webcam it will be easier use b/c all u need to do is just mount it, for a digital camera you will have to set it on a desk or sumtin everytime you use it and hope to get the right angle(unless ur gunna get a digital camera only to use as a webcam)
