System running sluggishly- HiJackThis log

My system is starting to run incredibly sluggishly. I've used ad-aware and spybot to clean up some of the problems. However, as this is a new system to me, I'm unsure of what other things I need to remove. Any help would be appreciated.

You may want to look into Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative as well.

It appears you're running a laptop as well. With all the items that you have loading at startup (the ones that are safe to remove are mentioned above) it would explain some of why you're system is slow.
