Can't Access Internet after run antispyware s/w

Help! After i run microsoft antispyware s/w .. i couldn't access to the internet even i had connection and i still can connect to LAN. I wonder if i had removed some sys file or .dll files accidentally?

Hey thanks for this info, this is going to get added to my toolbox for tricks to try before formating next time I see this problem.
