Ghost 9.0 Installation

Does anyon know how to install Ghost 9.0 silently from a command line?

I have tried everything I can to get Ghost 9.0 to install silently via command line. Ran Setup.exe -R (no iss file created). Also tried the setup /qb with no luck. It still prompts end users for inputs.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get this to work?
