Should I Buy A Ibm R40 For 575$ Us

Hi guys,

Before having my Dell Inspiron Laptop I had an IBM T30 witch I really miss. Now I've got a deal for an IBM R40: 1,4 ghz. 512 meg, 40gb and the usual stuff from IBM R serie. The guy ask 700$ CAN (575$ US).

What do you think ?

Sounds like a decent laptop for the price, and if you know you like IBM, then it's probably an excellent choice.

I just saw a new one advertised for $1400 US. 20 GB HDD, 256 MB RAM. If you are sure about the condition of the laptop, it sounds like a good deal.
