Each application to install has a max of 6 command lines in the actual interface. Can this be manually extended inside the config.js? I have a header that requires 11 commands, and I can either input them manually inside the .js or make them into 2 headers (i prefer to have it under one header).

I would say that at the moment it's to difficult to change the number of commands (at least for inexperienced coders).

What you could to as a last resort, is making a something.cmd and make that run your lines.

Make a seperate cmd or bat file and call it through WPI.

If you want to make it cleaner add cmdow and it in an sfx winrar file and have the sfx file extract to the temp dir and call the cmd after extraction.
