Default Theme Issue

hi, i'm having an issue with applying a custom theme un my ua setup;

first, for only one user everything is perfect, my custom theme dragonstyle works perfect;

however, when I add anoder user from windows, style is applied, but the wallpaper isn't!

so, i need to know where in the registry are the correct entries for both default visual style and default wallpaper that the new users get when their account is created? (i tried few but failed)

well as i figured out, there is NO registry entry, as I tried them all!

now what?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Wallpaper

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

ofcourse... if i apply it at the T-12 minutes, it works, but if I change it

later (after reboot) it still retains the values from T-13...that is what trubles me!
