Does this just make xpcreate copy the source cd to the harddrive for the purpose of slipstreaming and creating a cd? Or does this make Setup copy the source files to the hdd during Windows installation?

Used for creating the CD. The files are copied to the HDD during the blue screen portion of Setup.
