iwod
I know OOBE was suppose to run. And that is what i wanted so that i could set my Username, Computer name before start. However i could not get it to run. I specially remake my CD in nlite without OOBE deleted ( Which took me a whole day already ) And it still doesn't work. Any pointers would be much appreciated.; Generated by nLite 0.99.8 beta 5;[Data] Autopartition = 0 MsDosInitiated = 0 UnattendedInstall = Yes[Unattended] UnattendMode = DefaultHide UnattendSwitch = No OemPreinstall = Yes OemSkipEula = Yes FileSystem = * WaitForReboot = No NoWaitAfterTextMode = 1 NoWaitAfterGUIMode = 1 TargetPath = Windows DriverSigningPolicy = Ignore NonDriverSigningPolicy = Ignore Hibernation = No[SystemFileProtection] SFCQuota = 0[GuiUnattended] AdminPassword = * OEMSkipRegional = 1 OemSkipWelcome = 1 TimeZone=85[Components][UserData] ProductKey = "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" ComputerName = * FullName = *[RegionalSettings] LanguageGroup = 9 Language = 0404[Identification] JoinWorkgroup=MSHOME[GUIRunOnce] command7= "%SystemDrive%\DP\S\Sound_Control_Panels_1.cmd" command8= "%SystemDrive%\DP\S\Sound_Control_Panels_2.cmd" command9= "CMD /C RD /S /Q %SystemDrive%\DP" %systemdrive%\install\finish.cmd[Main]Env = 0.99.8 beta 5.573.Microsoft Windows NT 5.1.2600.0Target = Windows XP Professional SP2 - build 2180 - English (United States)[Tasks]Remove ComponentsOptions and Tweaks[Components];# Applications #BriefcaseInternet GamesNT BackupWordpad;# Drivers #Brother DevicesDisplay AdaptersEthernet (LAN)ISDNModemsSony Jog DialSound ControllersWireless Ethernet (WLAN);# Internet Utilities #Client for Netware NetworksCommunication toolsFrontPage ExtensionsInternet Information Services (IIS)MSN ExplorerNetmeetingNetwork Monitor Driver and ToolsOutlook ExpressWeb FoldersWindows Messenger;# Multimedia #Images and BackgroundsMouse CursorsMovie MakerMusic SamplesOld CDPlayer and Sound RecorderWindows Sounds;# Operating System Options #DR WatsonHelpManual Install and UpgradeMS AgentSearch AssistantTourZip Folders;# Services #Messenger;# Languages #Most languages.......;# Directories #DOCSSUPPORTVALUEADD;# Compatibility #[KeepFiles]msconfig.exescrnsave.scr[RemoveFiles]blastcln.execlock.avi[Options]ClassicSetupAdminName = "Admin"AdminNChangeProfilesDir = "%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings"NoWmpComp;#ISO maker#isovol = isoatt = -allow-multidot -relaxed-filenames -allow-leading-dots -N -l -d -D -joliet-long -duplicates-once -no-emul-boot -b boot.bin -hide boot.bin -hide boot.catalog[Tweaks];# Desktop,Taskbar & Startmenu #Disable Highlight newly installed programsDisable Start Panel popup on first bootExpand Administrative tools in Start PanelExpand Control Panel in Start PanelExpand My Computer in Start PanelRemove Windows Catalog from Start Menu;# Experimental #;# Explorer #Add CMD SHELL:> to all Drives and FoldersAdd My Network Places to My ComputerDisable Beep on errorsDisable Prefix: Shortcut toRecycle Bin: make renamableRemove Internet Explorer icon on desktopSet sound scheme to No SoundsShow extensions of known file-types;# File Open/Save Dialog #;# Internet Explorer #;# Security & Privacy #Classic LogonDisable Last accessed Timestamp on filesDisable LM HOSTS lookupLaunch folder windows in a seperate processRemove Alexa Spyware;# Speed #Classic Control PanelDisable Automatically search for network folders and PrintersDisable Optimize harddisk when idleDisable Restore Mapped Network Drives on LogonDo not cache thumbnails;# Visual Effects #Disable: Animate windows when minimizing and maximizingDisable: Fade or slide menus into viewDisable: Fade or slide ToolTips into viewDisable: Fade out menu items after clickingDisable: Show shadows under menusDisable: Show shadows under mouse pointerDisable: Show translucent selection rectangleDisable: Show windows contents while draggingDisable: Slide open combo boxesDisable: Slide taskbar buttonsDisable: Smooth-scroll list boxesDisable: Use a bachground image for each folder type[Drivers][Hotfixes]D:\pack\RVMUpdatePack1.2Lite.cab Edited March 27, 2005 by Alanoll

I thought Tag was suppose to shorten it and have scroll bar with the box of code?[right][post=294448]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post][/right]that would be CODEBOX not CODE. There's not a button for it, so you'd ahve to type it yourself. As for the problem, just glancing at the WINNT.SIF i don't seem to see anything wrong. Have you tried removing the file and seeing if it runs then? That would narrow it down to whether it WINNT.SIF or nLite.
