using tweakui in my computer/drives section you can hide drives from explorer and file dialog boxes. I don't think it prevents access to the drive through the command prompt or other means, however.

I'm just curious why you want to hide the drive as the 2 OSes coexist quite happily.

If you want to prevent access to folders then set NTFS permissions.

If you set the 1st partition on the 1st HD to be inactive then the OS on the 2nd HD will not be bootable unless you copy the boot files there.
