frostiex Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 Hi all, I am trying to create a slipstream CD and was downloading the critical updates. I am wondering why are some updates check for genieun windows isntalls. I validated my installation and downloaded the update...but wondering why are only some of the updates are asking for it? and What would happen if you install it on a bootleg copy...just very curious as to why did MS done it like this?
