Stand Alone Rar Extraction Util?

I need a stand alone rar extraction program, which doesnt make any reg entries or tie itself to custom user files.

Doesnt need to have the ability to create / modify, etc... just extract.

Try Filzip, it may be added to windows shell but work standalone...
