Hello everybody

One of my friends sent me a winxp pro cd and he told me to install it..after installing this version i found that it is modded..it comes with the FULL norton, the latest msn messenger, all windowns animations "like the copying animation" are enhanced and all icons, sounds and alot of things..all codecs are installed..media player 9..a new login screen and new boot screen!!

my question is how to mod a winxp installation source to make it like this one??any tutoriols will be gr8..
