DustinGreen Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 Several Months back I used to be able to open up music in a website using media player. Media player showed up in a window along the left hand side to the screen in Internet Explorer, but now the entire windows media player program pops up covering Internet Explorer which is kind of anoying. Any ideas on how I can get that little window of media player back in Explorer?? I am using the newest version of both Explorer and Media Player.
KAndle Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 I think that Media Player 10 doesn't allow for this. I think you actually broswe inside WMP10 instead of the other way. There could be a workaround but I don't see any options for that sort of thing in Media Player 10. Ony my Windows 2000 machine with Media Player 9 I have an option for Media in Internet Explorer. On XP with WMP10 I have no option in Internet Explorer available even under customize menu.
boooggy Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 media player 10 is made that way so u can't open it in ie. i think is a security feature.
DustinGreen Posted March 20, 2005 Author Posted March 20, 2005 Maybe I'll have to go back to Media Player 9 to get this feature. That is kind of stupid if you ask me to take it of the new media player. I found it very useful. Oh Well.
