It means automatic bandwidth throttling from my host has been turned on in order to stop the bleeding. It means I've got a charge for extra bandwidth usage this month that I'm going to have to pay.I'm working on putting together some mirrors to last the rest of the month, but in the mean time y'all are just going to have to be patient. Today's been really crappy thanks to a raging post-St. Patrick's Day hangover, so I'm really not up to dealing with it at the moment.EDIT: Mirrors are available from http://www.ryanvm.net now.
