I did stopped Http protocol from Command Prompt ( net stop http /y && iisreset ) now how can I start HTTP protocol in my server ... ??

net start http or open services and start it from there

As klasika says restart from the command prompt by typing net start http /y or by using services, Start, Run type services.msc.
