djackson Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 If this has been discussed before, I appologise in advance, just not sure how to word the search.Am running XP Pro on a system with 5 x HDD, Boot from HDD1 (Basic disk), have setup HDD2-5 as Dynamic for mirroring.So far so good. Dynamic disk conversion no probs, create partition spanning HDD2-5 OK, reboot and the Dynamic disks will either revert back to Basic disks or stay Dynamic but become Dynamic Foriegn disks and need repairing.Any help on this one appreciated. This is driving me nuts!

KAndle Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 Are you running SCSI or SATA for mirroring? What kind of interface card are you using and what software to configure it?
