Location Of Windows Nt Background File?

Does anyone know the manual method or the location of the bmp file to change the blue background.

This background appears when you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE.

one way is to set background using paint...and another is using desktop properties...but where is this file saved.

I was looking for the same thing and this post came up in my search! Somebody changed the ctrl+alt+delete logon background screen and I was trying to figure out how to change it back!
