Hi,

my computer is saying: NTRL is missing

and if i install XP he will do nothing :S

is my HD stuck?

This "NTLDR is missing" error can also occur when the boot.ini is corrupt or missing but in your case it sounds like the HD is the problem.

also make sure there is no floppy in the A: that is not bootable, sometimes that will give the error also. Make sure the HD has an active partition on it.

If it fail again. Do a factory format, aka as low level format. It was the only way my driver recover that bug once...
