Hello Everybody on this forum

I had a problem whit the media connect in windows xp.

The prolem was whit the installation of windows the media connet did'nt installed.

I found out a older version i used of windows mediaplayer 10 did that.

There is a newer version on the microsoft internet site, and i have download this one, and i slipstreamd it and it works'great.

Please every one dowload first the new version of media player before slipstreaming the media connect update the version of mediaplayer i used is

6.0.2900.2172 and this one works great whit the media connect the older version of media player was: 5.0. and this one does'nt work together.

Now that you mention it, I did have one installation that had a similar problem. I re-downloaded all the hotfixes, and it worked fine. Perhaps that outdated WMP was the reason?

Thank's GM for the new version i used the non comercial version and it work's great for me.

no further problem whit that.

today there is a new update kb890830..1.2 and i know where it goes,my question is can i take the older kb89380 out or is this one updated the old one.

Yes, the older one is no longer needed. I'll update the web page ... soon!
