have searched, and looked at the mp3car forums, could someone put it all into one post?

look in the nlite forums for more, but basically just go into the system32 folder, rename winlogon.exe to winlogon.bak, and then copy minlogon into system32 and rename as winlogon.exe restart. You may need some registry tweaks, but im not sure about that.

Be aware with minlogon, there are no user accounts, and no logon/logoff, just shutdown.
