v_odd Posted November 19, 2002 Posted November 19, 2002 i have set a mail account up i can send and receive emails but all my folders in the inbox have disappeared, there were there one day and not the next.

The way to re-open your personal folders is:FileOpen -> Outlook Data File...Brings up the Open Dialogue BoxBrowse to where you saved the files (will be something like XXYYZZ.pst )select the file and click OKIf you have already done this - then we peobably need more info to help.LS
