Internet Explorer usually uses port 80, ftp clients use port 21 etc. there are 65536 ports..anymore than this info u need to learn other stuff. tguy Posted March 7, 2005 Share Posted March 7, 2005 I would suggest you use a packet sniffer like Ethereal and WinPcap to sniff the traffic on the machine where you ran across port 18002.
