Strange Error During Programs Installation

Hi guys. I am starting to get this strange error mesage window during installation of programs via WPI. The error window showes up when the compressed files are installing, most of the time when Office is installing. I think because it takes some time to be extracted and installed. If selected only small programs like Mozzila, Opera...etc there is no such error mesage present.

If I chose the NO(Ne) button the process continues without problems.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
