Featured Replies

Hi folks, for some reason I cannot log in to my Ebay or Paypal accounts, I just get taken to the white 'page cannot be displayed' page. I can log in on other pc's but not mine. I cannot even sign up for a new account. It seems I am locked out of secure areas from MY PC. Fro my pc I can access other sites I am a member of, so cookies seem ok?? (I think) I really need some help with this one,

thanks

Jon

you have been the victem of idetity theft it will cost you one billino dollars to buy your accouts back form me.:evil laugh:

but really. try a different brower to see if the problem is being caused by your brower. if usinf IE try firefox if firefox try IE. if the problem is the brower then try reinstalling it or resetting settings. if none of this works and you are on xp try system restoreing to before problem started

Don't forget to clear out your temp files and cookies? Double check your security and cookie settings. Last firewall.

Thanks for your replies. I'm running IE 5.0 on Win98se, and have had no problems until now! I have the IE disk, shall I just reinstall it?

I fixed it! I remember installing version 6 of IE but when I checked it showed up as version 5. I simply reinstalled it and BINGO! Thanks all for your help and I hope that this information helps others too.
