question: why can't you just click 'No' when it asks you to validate before downloading?

Clicking yes opens an activeX box to validate but clicking No just takes you straight to the download.

As the adverts for drug-taking say: Just say NO!

Answer: There is no 'NO' option if you try selection Norwegian.
