Lost Soul Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 hi, ive been experiencing this problem for some time now, with trying to instal some program that are supposed to run on xp, but when i try to run or instal some of them i get 16bit, not suitable blaa blaa, then it wont let me go any further,, ive attached a pic as my example,, can any one give me more information about this and if there is a way to get these programs to run on my pc,, like i said ive had this problem for a while and every time it happens i usually just let it go and forget it, but im bored now and i got nothing to do so i thought furthering my education on this subject would help me pass the time by..so can some body pls help me on this,,thanks

Lost Soul Posted February 20, 2005 Author Posted February 20, 2005 so far ive tried copying, the files autoexec.nt and config.ntfrom the repare folder and pasted them in system32 folder now i get a new error saying illegal command or some thing then it askes me to cancel or ignore,, but still no luck im hoping i wont have to be forced to reset my pc a head of schedule im still working on my latest unattended disk..
