It was posted here, but not everyone goes to that part of the site, myself included. Surprised I didn't get notified through email subscription to MS.

Thanks, homiebrah. The link itself has not changed, and systems with last week's MP 10 did not signal an update needed from Windows Update: perhaps that is why they did not notify you.
