joeyg2391 Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 Hi, I'm running Windows 2003 Server and was modifying some user configurations in Group Policy. Is there a viewer i can use to show all the changes i made in text format?
valter Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 Try downloading group management console from MS site
Marsden Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 You might try the RSOP (Resultant Set of Policies) tool that MS offers included in Win2K3 AD.This tool allows you to play with group policy objects and see the affects your changes have before actually screwing your network up.Open Microsoft Management Console. On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.On the Standalone tab, click Add.In the Available Standalone Snap-in box, click Resultant Set of Policy, and then click Add.
Spyder2k Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 Open Microsoft Management Console. On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.On the Standalone tab, click Add.In the Available Standalone Snap-in box, click Resultant Set of Policy, and then click Add.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Or if you're really busy, Start -> Run -> 'rsop.msc'
