Problem Debugging Cdshell

Featured Replies

According to flyakite's Multiple boot vd/dvd guide I should be able to debug cdshell.

When I open cdshw.com in my BOOT folder I get the following error message (see attachment).

I already tried to copy autoexec.nt and config.nt from the Windows\Repair folder to System32 but the problem remains. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this.

Just a quick second question while i'm here. Can someone explain me why WIN51, WIN51IP and WIN51IP.SP2 should be in the AIO-DVD folder cause this is confusing me.

Thanks in advance.

I think win51 and the rest are marker files? So the setup knows where to look for all it's parts, it searches for win51.

Edit: open up one of those files in notepad lol

Problem solved, I've used the wrong cdshell.

About my second question, found out myself too. These are required to start the installation, if missing you get a message like "Please insert the disk labeled Windows Professional SP2"

Thanks to those who replied for your help :thumbup
