Еasy to use alternative?

Exuse me for stupid, and may be on the wrong plase asked question.

I am lookinf for application like XPLoid, but with simple and easy to use GUI.

I dont know English very well and 4 me is difficult to understand the big user guid 4 XPLoad... The need 4 writing of XML Script is difficult for me... Can u help me with some easy to use alternative of XPloid?
