some registry tweaks needed plz help

i need registry tweaks for

- removing the frequently access programs list in startup , on windows exit

- autohiding taskbar

- disabling all xp visual effects ( which appears in appearance tab)

- how to add my windows xp wallpaper as default , to be displayed after unattended xp is installed

- i want to control the order of icons appearing on desktop

i.e 1. My computer first 2. then My Network Places 3. My Documents. 4. then Recycle bin
